Morning All

I was on the Green Ronin Website yesterday, in the vain hope that they had released some more Freeport products that I can use with Vers 3/3.5 of D&D.

Couldn't find anything, but did notice some WFRP stuff. However, all the links to it had been closed off.

I'm probably asking a daft question here, but can I take it when Fantasy Flight Games took over WFRP, they binned everything to do with "2nd Ed WFRP" and lumbered the roleplaying world with yet another rpg/table top strategy game hybrid?!?

Who, or what, and where and why decided that roleplaying games should now involve maps, cards, thousands of different dice, figures and are in essence NOT role playing games?!?!?!?!

Can we assume that this new WFRP will soon be appearing en masse on E-Bay as everyone tries to sell it?? As appears to be the case with D&D 4?

I also assume that it's going to be almost impossible to get the resource books for the old system?

Jesus, why don't they stop trying to fix things that aren't broke?!?!?!

At this rate, roleplaying games will be things we tell our kids we remember from the "olden days".....
You have to have a plan! Without a plan there is just chaos! A world of Chaos is a world of pain and suffering. It is also a perfect description of any game I am running...
