Folks

This Sunday should see the end (for now) of the current games being run.

Therefore, we will be probably having a quick gathering at the beginning or end of the evening to discuss who will be running what for the next few weeks.

Please give a little thought as to what you like to run, or games you would like to see run.

Of course if this has already been decided while I was off sick, then I'm wasting my time.

I'm willing to carry on the second Blacksands Game (the one where the players are successfully killing all the slaves they were trying to rescue!), but will be just as happy to play in another game!
You have to have a plan! Without a plan there is just chaos! A world of Chaos is a world of pain and suffering. It is also a perfect description of any game I am running...

How about we finish off the games a little early and get the GM's to put their heads together.
If you keep your head while all around are loosing theirs..... you are the one carrying an axe.

Happy to agree what's up next - Doctor Who will be finishing the current story of alien menace in rural England on Sunday and then perhaps time for a bit of Character Advancement.

Possibly best to do the GM-Vulcan-Mind-Meld-thingy at the start of the evening as I shall be leaving at 9:30 ish again.

Later in the year I will be running "Spycraft: Mole Hunt" and "Mutants & Masterminds: Wild Cards" - but they won't be ready anytime soon.

I like Pathfinder. A few questions...

What setting?

What level characters can we have?

Any class/race/alignment restrictions?

What amount to spend on shopping?

Can we pick feats from the undeFEATable supplements?

Thanx.

And how about myself and Edwyn? (for Pathfinder, I mean)?

Like I said - tell us the boundaries/particulars so that we can get characters sorted in advance.

I have the main rule book, the full bestiary and all the undeFEATable supplements on PC in pdf format. I also have all the freebies and the latest playtest material for the new classes that will be officially published later this year in the Players Guide book/thingy.

Cheers.

Lewis.

Dave;

Pathfinder:

OK, so city-based with PCs in City Watch and all core races OK. Alignment should be suitable for City Watch (would that mean no Evil or Chaotic?). You kindly didn't limit classes, but I assume you'd prefer classes with an obvious application to City Watch activities?

So the big questions are: What Level? How much to spend on equipment?

Cheers.

Just had a buzz from Tom, he won't be able to make it tonight, but he would like to let everyone know that's interested that he would like to run Everquest for 4 - 5 players (MAX) from next week.

For those of you that don't know Everquest is a D&D type game with knobs on.

That's two games...... how about something different a modern or scifi to add to the mix.

As I had to leave early last night due to ill health (feel better today but not 100% yet!), what was decided about games for next week?

Am I in any games, or shall I just bring in my Blacksands stuff and carry on writing up ways to kill you allGrin

Ok, since I've had no response to me running everquest and I feel like shit this week.
I withdraw my game and probly wont be there this week anyway, as have had tonsillitis all week and can barely speak.
if I do turn up will bring Warhammer quest.

Well I think Gez was going into Everquest, as well as Pete. I can also join up to make up some numbers.

All if you are able to make it that is, hope you and family get better Tom.

Hang on, we had two games last week and we have Colin B to come back. If only Gez and Tom without a game, where the Hell is everyone else??

And how have we gone from three games a year ago to just over one?!?!?!?

An option is that Tom, Gez and any other stragglers could play Heroquest for a few weeks to allow Gez and myself to practice rolling "1"'s and then I'll play Pathfinder another time.

Can I also point out that there is no law at the club against GM's running the same game with two different groups, like I currently am with Blacksands!?!?! You don't all have to dive on the same game!

Also, there may be a vacancy in the second Blacksands game as there has been no sign of Keith since I last run it apparently!!

And as I said at the start, I'm not going to accept players coming and going like a footballers loyalty to his wife!!!!!Grin

sorry guys, really do feel dross! was grumpy and sore yesterday, (my voice at the minute sounds a bit like yoda apparently, thanks Pete) am only sore today, but still time for grump to set in!
how about we all just turn up nice and early Sunday and sort this all out.
I'll for certain bring Warhammerquest if my throttle still sore and we can do a few weeks of that, then will run everquest after that.
p.s. sorry guys, no toy throwing was meant in my last post, just a bit fed up, second week in my new job and have been bloody ill! way to look good for your superiors!
